Privacy Notice
How LRS handles business-only website inquiries and optional analytics.
Information collected
The lender inquiry form collects a business contact name, institution, state, work email or phone, response preference, and optional general business context. It must not be used for debtor, account, VIN, plate, exact-location, credential, or court-document information.
Use, transmission, and storage
Information is transmitted to LRS over HTTPS, stored in the site's restricted database, and used to evaluate the business request and respond. A minimal alert is sent through the configured email provider to lenders@lrskc.com; contact details remain in the restricted system.
Access and retention
Authorized LRS personnel and service providers acting for LRS may access the information. Unqualified inquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Qualified or client inquiries are normally retained for the relationship plus three years. Security records are normally deleted within 90 days. Legal holds may override these periods.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics is disabled until a visitor allows it. Form contents and protected assignment information are not sent to analytics. Analytics retention is limited to 14 months.
