How LRS handles business-only website inquiries and optional analytics.
Information collected
The lender inquiry form collects a business contact name, institution, state, direct phone, an optional work-email field, and optional general business context. Phone and email are available reply methods. The form must not be used for debtor, account, VIN, plate, exact-location, credential, or court-document information.
Use, transmission, and storage
Information is transmitted to LRS over HTTPS, stored in the site's restricted database, and used to evaluate the business request and respond. The complete submitted form is also sent through the configured transactional-email provider to recoverykc@gmail.com so LRS can review and answer the request.
Access and retention
Authorized LRS personnel and service providers acting for LRS may access the information. Records are retained only as needed for the business request, client relationship, security, legal, and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized under the retention practices LRS adopts. LRS has not published fixed retention periods on this site.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads with analytics storage denied unless a visitor allows optional analytics. With essential-only selected, Google may receive limited consent-denied measurement signals without advertising storage or personalized advertising. Form contents and protected assignment information are not intentionally sent to analytics. Analytics retention follows the settings configured for the site.
