New lender setup and approved-client assignment paths.Never send debtor, VIN, account, or exact-location data through general email.

Lender onboarding

A straightforward path from first contact to recovery coverage.

The public website begins the business relationship. Sensitive assignment information is handled only after the lender and LRS establish the appropriate communication process.

Assignment workflow

Four clear stages.

  1. 01

    Initial Contact

A lending representative calls or sends a general setup request with institution contact information—without sensitive collateral data.

  2. 02

    Coverage Review

LRS confirms service-area fit, communication expectations, and the next secure step for lender onboarding.

  3. 03

    Assignment Intake

After setup, LRS provides the current authorization materials and approved method for returning protected assignment information.

  4. 04

    Recovery Updates

The lender receives status communication and recovery documentation appropriate to the assignment.

Ready to assign collateral?

Use current assignment instructions from LRS.

The prior public authorization form has been retired pending owner and legal review. Approved clients should obtain current materials directly from LRS and use only their established secure return channel.

What should a lender provide during initial contact?

For initial contact, provide the representative’s name, lending institution, work email, direct phone number, and general coverage need.

Do not submit a debtor name, VIN, account number, recovery address, or other sensitive collateral information through the public website form or general website email.
