Prospective banks, credit unions, finance companies, servicers, and forwarding organizations may ask for the current documents relevant to their review, including applicable insurance, operating credentials, association or platform participation, data-handling practices, equipment information, and facility or storage information. Availability is confirmed directly; this page does not imply every category applies.
Evidence standard
- Documents must identify the current legal business or an explained applicable entity.
- Effective and expiration dates must be reviewed before a credential is described as current.
- Public badges, membership claims, insurance limits, licenses, certifications, tenure, client names, and performance claims are withheld unless directly verified and approved.
