Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Lenders Recovery Service handles information submitted through its online employment application.
Information we collect
We collect contact information, city/state/ZIP, availability, qualifications, employment history, education, applicant responses, consent statements, and optional files you choose to submit. We no longer request a street address at this stage. Do not provide Social Security numbers, birth dates, banking or medical information, protected demographic information, or identity documents.
Why we collect it
Application information is used to evaluate candidates, communicate about potential employment, administer recruiting activities, protect the application system, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
How information is handled
Applications are processed server-side and stored in an access-restricted database. The complete application and permitted supporting files are also sent through the configured transactional-email provider to recoverykc@gmail.com for hiring review. Applicant data is not intentionally sent to advertising or website analytics.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized LRS hiring personnel and hosting, storage, and email-delivery providers acting for LRS. Access to application content must be authenticated and authorized server-side.
Retention
Application and security records are retained only as needed for recruiting, employment, security, legal, and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized under the retention practices LRS adopts. Hired-applicant records may move to the personnel record. A legal hold or law may require longer retention. LRS has not published fixed retention periods on this site.
Correction or deletion requests
Applicants may request correction or deletion when applicable by calling 816-533-3565 or emailing recoverykc@gmail.com. Do not send Social Security numbers, birth dates, banking, medical, or identity-document information by voicemail or general email. LRS may verify identity and retain records when required or permitted by law.
Employment screening
This application does not authorize a background check, drug test, credit check, or other regulated screening. Any legally appropriate screening authorization will be requested separately at the relevant hiring stage.
