Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Lenders Recovery Service handles information submitted through its online employment application.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, location, availability, qualifications, employment history, education, applicant responses, consent statements, and optional files you choose to submit. The public application is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, birth dates, banking information, medical information, protected demographic information, or identity documents.
Why we collect it
Application information is used to evaluate candidates, communicate about potential employment, administer recruiting activities, protect the application system, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
How information is handled
Applications are processed server-side and stored in access-restricted systems. Uploaded files are stored outside the public website. Applicant names, contact details, résumés, and narrative answers are not intentionally sent to advertising or website analytics platforms.
Retention
Applications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for employment consideration, business administration, security, and applicable legal obligations. LRS should adopt and document a specific retention schedule with appropriate HR or legal review.
Correction or deletion requests
Applicants may request correction or deletion of application information when applicable by emailing recoverykc@gmail.com. LRS may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain records when required or permitted by law.
Employment screening
This application does not authorize a background check, drug test, credit check, or other regulated screening. Any legally appropriate screening authorization will be requested separately at the relevant hiring stage.
